Due to federal regulations governing Cuba travel, third-party travel resellers, including travel agents, travel wholesalers, dive shops, etc. may not collect funds from travelers for Cuba travel. All travelers must directly pay Ocean Doctor, Inc., which holds the license for authorized travel to Cuba.
